"These little, sweet cupcakes are hiding a fantastic combination of cocoa and coconut and are just begging for you to make them"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • baking powder - 1
  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  • vanilla - 1
  • coconut flakes - 2 tsp (10 g) + some for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, until you get a fluffy cream. Add the milk, oil, baking powder, coconut flakes, vanilla and mix.

Sift the flour and add the cocoa to it in portions and stir gently. In the cupcake forms, place paper baskets. Spoon some of the mixture into them but do not fill them to the brim. Leave about 1 from the top.

Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and refrigerate. Happy cooking!
