How to make
Beat the eggs with a fork (or wire whisk). Add the sugar, then the milk, oil and flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Add the crushed chocolate as well.
Mix well with a spatula.
Fill 2/3 of the muffin molds. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Take them out and leave them to cool.
Mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream. Add the whipped butter with powdered sugar and paint to them. Mix well, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Decorate the cupcakes with cream and fondant flowers.
