How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy cream. Add the sifted flour along with the baking powder and vanilla sugar.
After stirring, add the cocoa, followed by the melted butter. A thick sponge cake batter is obtained.
After that, a mix of fruit is added, by setting some aside for decoration. If you don't have fresh, you can safely use frozen.
The mixture is mixed again and distributed into paper muffin cups, which are then placed in the slots of a muffin tin.
The cupcakes are baked in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.
When the chocolate and fruit cupcakes have cooled, decorate them with whipped cream and the rest of the fruit.
