  • bananas - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • skyr - 1.8 oz (50 g) or yogurt
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp.

  • strawberries - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • skyr - 1.8 oz (50 g) or yogurt
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp.

How to make

For these healthy cupcakes pour 1 tbsp. of gelatin in two cups of water and leave it to swell.

Then dissolve it in a water bath.

For the base:

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.

Distribute the resulting mixture on the bottom of muffin tins and leave them in the freezer.

For the banana layer:

Mash the banana in a bowl.

Add the skyr and sweetener, if it's not sweet enough for you.

Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.

Pour the resulting mixture on the base and leave it again in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.

For the strawberry layer:

Mash the strawberries in a bowl.

Add the cream, gelatin and sweetener of choice and mix well.

Pour the mixture over the banana layer and put the cupcakes back in the freezer, until they set.

Then carefully remove the raw fruit cupcakes from the molds and serve them!
