How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Melt the butter in a pot with a thick bottom and mix it with the crumbled chocolate. Once homogenized, remove it from the heat and stir for a few minutes. Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, mix in the cherry jam, sugar, salt and eggs.
Finally, mix in the flour with a wooden spoon. Divide the mixture into paper cups in 12 cupcake forms. Put the chocolate cupcakes with cherry jam to bake for about 25 minutes.
Let the cupcakes cool before serving and sprinkle them with a little powdered sugar.
