How to make
Beat the soft butter and sugar into a smooth and fluffy cream. Add the eggs one at a time while continuously whipping. Begin adding 1 tablespoon of flour and beer, alternating between them and stirring carefully.
Finally, beat with the cocoa and baking powder. Put thus prepared cake mixture into a lightly floured and greased form. Put it to bake in a moderately heated oven at 360°F (180 °C) until ready. At the end, check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
To prepare the glaze, melt the broken chocolate in a water bath and stir rapidly with the beer and a slice of butter. With this glaze, top the baked and inverted onto a platter chocolate cake with fruit beer.
