  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • onion - 2 onions
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • red peppers - 2
  • carrots - 1
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomatoes - 1.3 lb (600 g) tin
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt
  • rosemary - 2 pinches
  • celery - 4 leaves
  • basil - 3 pinches
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the chicken into portions and season with salt and black pepper.

The portions are rolled in flour and fried in heated oil. They are taken out.

Fry all the pre-cut vegetables in the same oil: the onions into crescents, carrot into circles, peppers into cubes, mushrooms into slices.

The wine is poured in and the chicken dish is cooked until the alcohol evaporates.
