How to make
Divide the chicken into servings, debone it or cut it into pieces. Add salt and sauté it in preheated oil. Cut the zucchini into thin crescents and put them to saute for 2-3 minutes.
Put the meat and zucchini to saute until ready in the yoghurt and add 1 egg, to prevent curdling. Finally, add the chopped garlic and rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
You can bake the dish in the oven instead of sauteing.
