How to make
Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken drumsticks on all sides, until they're lightly browned - about 15 minutes.
Remove them from the pan, lower the heat and leave the chopped bacon to fry for about 5 minutes. Take out the bacon and add it to the chicken drumsticks.
Add the onion (cut into thin crescents) and rosemary. Fry, until the onion softens - about 5-7 minutes.
Return the chicken and bacon. Add the chopped tomatoes, chicken broth, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with black pepper.
Cover with a lid and cook for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken becomes tender.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
