Wash the meat and cut it into not very thin steaks. Pound them well with a wooden mallet.
Salt the chicken and season it with oregano. Pour 2 spoons of oil into a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden. Add the bacon and after a few minutes - the chopped onion. Fry until it softens.
Fill the chicken with the stuffing and add 1 piece of cheese on each. Carefully roll up the roulades. In another pan, heat a spoonful of oil with a spoonful of butter.
Fry the roulades until golden on all sides. Serve them with a side dish of your choice.
The chicken roulades with bacon and mushrooms are ready.
