Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and place them on the bottom of the baking pan.
Season them with salt and a little paprika and then stir.
The chicken is washed, dried and cut through the sternum. Season the outside and inside with salt, ground black and paprika and place it on the potatoes.
On top of it and on the potatoes are placed small pieces of butter.
Pour a little beer into the baking pan, then cover it with aluminum foil.
Place the appetizing chicken with potatoes in the oven and roast them at 370°F (190°C) for about an hour.
