Ingredients

  • red potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 4 boiled
  • apples - 1/2, red, grated
  • carrots - 1, grated
  • mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the cleaned potatoes without peeling them and put them to boil in salted water without overcooking them. Drain and transfer them to a salad bowl.

To them, add the finely chopped boiled eggs, grated carrot and apple. Mix together the mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and pour it over the salad.
