How to make
Cut the onions, carrots, and garlic in larger pieces (we will mash them later) in a pot of water to cover the vegetables, and put to boil.
During this time we wash the lentils and add them when we see that the carrots have softened from cooking.
Boil the lentils with the vegetables until they are completely soft - it cooks much faster than the familiar brown lentils, which is about 15 minutes.
Remove the cooked products from the stove and then season with olive oil, turmeric, curry, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
Blend the lentil soup and serve hot!
