How to make
The lentils are soaked in cold water for about 30 minutes and then rinsed well. Put them in a deep pan, add cold water, put in the onions, olive oil and broth cubes and boil, then blend with a blender.
If it is too thick, add hot water and return it to the heat just to boil again, sprinkle it with black pepper, parsley and lemon juice to taste.
Serve it with green onions, green olives and tomato salad.
