Ingredients

  • buckwheat - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • peas - 5 tbsp. from a jar
  • chard - 10 medium - sized (tender)
  • green onions - 3 - 5 pcs.
  • arugula - 6 leaves
  • dill - 1 tbsp. chopped
  • himalayan salt - 1/2 level top tsp. (to taste)
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • brown sugar - 1 pinch crystal
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. white

How to make

For this buckwheat salad, wash the buckwheat several times and cook it in boiling water with a pinch of Himalayan salt.

As soon as the it is boiled and has absorbed all the water (so that the water evaporates - boil in a pot without a lid), remove from the heat.

Pick fresh tender chard, arugula, green onions and dill, then wash and finely chop them.

Add the chopped greens and peas from a jar to the boiled and cooled buckwheat.

Mix the healthy vitamin salad with the flavoring ingredients, the amount of which is best to judge by taste - Himalayan salt, black pepper, unrefined sunflower oil, brown granulated sugar and white balsamic vinegar.
