"We always say that livers with butter are the most delicious beer appetizer"

Ingredients

  • onions - 2
  • carrots - 1
  • chicken livers - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • hot peppers - 1
  • butter - 1 lump
  • peppers - 1/2 each yellow, green and red
  • savory herb
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • mushrooms - 6 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Wash the chicken livers well, clean and chop them into small pieces. Put them in a pot with water to cover them. Let them boil.

Then discard the water, rinse the livers and set them aside. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Melt the butter, by adding 1 tbsp. of oil. Fry the mushrooms and set them aside. In the same pan pour the sliced carrots and peppers. Fry until soft.

Put the onion, liver and mushrooms back in. Season the livers with onions, black pepper, salt, savory herb and hot peppers.

Fry until done. Just before the livers with lots of vegetable and butter are done, pour the soy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Once that's done, let it cool and enjoy the Wonderful Beer Appetizer.
