How to make
We clean and wash the rice. Boil it in salted water until done.
Cut the turkey fillet into cubes and season with soy sauce and black pepper. We leave it for about 30 minutes.
Fry the meat in a pan until golden. In another pan, stew the finely chopped spring onions, hot pepper and green beans.
Cook until the vegetables are soft. Add the cooked rice, season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Finally, add the turkey, stir well and remove from the heat.
We serve the pan-fried turkey with rice and green beans warm with a fresh salad.
