How to make

The turkey legs are washed very well and they are deboned. The meat is minced.

Slices of spelt bread are placed in a bowl and covered with water for 5 min.

The onion is cleaned and washed very well. It is grated on a grater.

The parsley is cleaned and washed very well. It is finely chopped.

The ground turkey is placed in a bowl where it will be kneaded.

Add the squeezed soaked bread, the grated onion and the eggs. Mix very well.

Add the salt, black pepper mixture, souvlaki seasoning and parsley. The minced meat is kneaded until it turns into strings.

Place in a bowl and wrap it with foil for fresh storage. Leave it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Once removed from the refrigerator, form it into small meatballs.

Each meatball is rolled in spelt flour and placed on a wooden board for 10 minutes.

The turkey meatballs are fried in very hot oil, by turning them twice on each side.

Serve them while still warm.
