  • turkey legs - 4
  • breadcrumbs - 10 tbsp.
  • zucchini - 3
  • salt - 1 tsp. for the meatballs + 1 tsp. for the zucchini
  • pepper mélange - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml) for frying + 2/5 cup (100 ml) for the zucchini
  • seasoning for steaks - 2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. for the zucchini
  • eggs - 3
  • spelt bread - 3 slices

How to make

The turkey legs are washed and deboned.

They are grinded in a meat grinder.

The minced meat is placed in a bowl in which it will be kneaded.

Spelt bread slices - the core is crushed very finely and added to the minced meat.

Add the eggs, salt, pepper mix and steak seasoning.

The minced meat is kneaded very well and put in a bowl, wrapped in foil for fresh storage and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

The zucchini are washed and cleaned from the stems.

Cut them into circles and arrange them overlapping in a tray.

Sprinkle with the salt and steak seasoning.

They are drizzled with oil.

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).

After the minced meat has been in the refrigerator, it is taken out and formed into meatballs.

Roll each turkey meatball in breadcrumbs.

They are fried in hot oil.
