Ingredients

  • potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • fenugreek - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into pieces. Mix all the spices together. Spread out the potatoes in a greased tray and sprinkle them evenly with the spices.

Stir with a wooden spoon, top them with olive oil. Add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water to the tray.

Put the potatoes with Indian spices to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 30-40 minutes.
