Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • green onions - 4 - 5 stalks
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) hard
  • mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mixed spices - 1 tbsp

How to make

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and boil until semi-cooked. Peel the tomato or add it cut into thin slices. Prepare a clay pot or glass cook pot - oil it.
