"A uniquely delicious, velvety mushroom sauce that I prepared for pork steaks."

Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • liquid cream - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) (you can also add a little milk)
  • processed cheese for a toaster - 2 slices
  • processed cheese spread - 2 tbsp.
  • turmeric - 1/3 tsp.
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to make

A uniquely delicious, velvety mushroom sauce that I made for pork steaks.

I put the cleaned and chopped mushrooms in a dry pan and cooked until the liquid they released evaporated.

I added a little butter and drops of oil. As soon as they were fried, I added the rest of the products. Everything is then left to boils for about 3-4 minutes. The meat sauce is ready!

If you are preparing the mushroom sauce as I do for steaks, I recommend that you put the already prepared steaks in for two or three minutes to simmer along with the sauce.

I used liquid, unsweetened cream, but it can be substituted with another type of heavy cream.
