How to make
A uniquely delicious, velvety mushroom sauce that I made for pork steaks.
I put the cleaned and chopped mushrooms in a dry pan and cooked until the liquid they released evaporated.
I added a little butter and drops of oil. As soon as they were fried, I added the rest of the products. Everything is then left to boils for about 3-4 minutes. The meat sauce is ready!
If you are preparing the mushroom sauce as I do for steaks, I recommend that you put the already prepared steaks in for two or three minutes to simmer along with the sauce.
I used liquid, unsweetened cream, but it can be substituted with another type of heavy cream.
