  • soy sauce - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Heat the oil in a suitable pan. Add the shrimp /pre-cooked/. Pour the soy sauce, lemon juice and white wine.

Stir and cook until golden brown.

Serve with chilled beer or white wine.
