How to make
The asparagus is cleaned and cut into about 3 cm long pieces. Blanch them in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes.
Heat half of the butter in a pan.
The shrimp must be cleaned in advance and then added to the pan. Fry them on all sides.
Once they are ready, they can be removed from the pan and set aside.
Put the remaining butter in the pan again and add the chopped asparagus and spices, salt, thyme, sliced garlic, soy sauce and, if desired, hot paprika.
When the asparagus softens, add the shrimp and add the wine.
Cook until the wine evaporates for another 5 minutes. Finally, season the dish with lemon juice.
The pan-fried shrimp with asparagus is ready.
