How to make
Start by peeling the shrimp without throwing away their heads. Heat 4 tbsp. of olive oil in a pan and put the heads to fry and release the juice. You can press them with a spoon.
Remove the remnants of the heads, add the remaining olive oil, in order to have more sauce. Add the grated garlic, fry it and add the salt and ground almonds. Stir.
Remove from the heat, add the chopped dill and parsley, which is best if it's fresh. You can also add lemon juice to the shrimp in sauce.
Set the hob to high heat, sprinkle the shrimp with salt and olive oil, so that they do not stick. Roast the shrimp on both sides briefly.
Drizzle them with the sauce and serve the roasted shrimp in the garlic sauce.
