How to make
Clean the mackerel and salt it. Leave it for about 15 minutes to absorb the salt. Wash the fish and sprinkle it with soy sauce and leave it to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Heat the grill pan. Arrange the fish and cook it, until it aquires a golden color on both sides.
Drizzle it with lemon juice.
Garnish the roasted fish with a lemon slice and an appropriate garnish.
The pan-roasted mackerel with soy sauce is ready.
