How to make
The lamb ribs are cut and boiled with salt and rosemary.
The washed and pre-soaked rice, chopped mushrooms, several stalks of spring onions and fresh garlic and the ribs are poured into the baking pan.
Season with salt, black pepper and rosemary.
Pour the broth from cooking the lamb and the oil.
The lamb with rice is roasted until the liquid evaporated - can be placed in a glass baking dish.
