"The secret of delicious lamb - slow fire and a lot of love when preparing it"

Ingredients

  • lamb ribs - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • potatoes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • onion - 2 onions
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic - 1 head
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • butter - 2.5 oz (70 g)

How to make

Cut the lamb rib into small pieces. Clean the vegetables and cut them into larger pieces.

At the bottom of a clay pot place the butter and on top of it the lamb ribs.

Arrange the vegetables, add the peeled garlic cloves and celery stalks.

Season with salt, black pepper and pour the white wine.

Add about 1 cup of hot water. Cover it with the lid and place the clay pot in the oven.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 2 hours.

Serve the dish while it's warm.

The lamb ribs with vegetables in a clay pot are very tasty.
