Ingredients

  • tuna - 1 can, fillet
  • potatoes - 4 fresh
  • lettuce - 4 leaves
  • tomatoes - 2 small
  • olives - 6 pitted
  • green beans - 1 handful
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • FOR THE DRESSING
  • mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • yoghurt - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • lemon juice - from half a lemon
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean the green beans, blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water and drain them. Boil the fresh cleaned potatoes in salted water too. Then drain, cool and chop them.

Put them into a large plate, in which you have placed the coarsely torn lettuce. Add the chopped tomatoes, olives, boiled green beans and torn tuna fillet.

Stir slightly and arrange the sliced eggs. Beat the ingredients for the dressing with the spices and pour it over the salad.

Serve the vegetable and fish salad immediately.
