Ingredients

  • red bell peppers - 3 pcs.
  • tuna - 1 tin (olive oil)
  • black olives - 12 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil

How to make

Wash and roast the peppers. Put them in a bowl with a lid to stew.

Peel the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut them into strips and transfer them into a plate.

Pour the olive oil from the tin onto the peppers. Position the tuna in the middle.

Sprinkle with the crushed garlic and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. Garnish with olives, add a little salt and serve the fish salad.

The Spanish Fish Salad is very tasty and easy.
