Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • onions - 1 small
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • vinegar - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • white wine - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • herbs - parsley, dill, celery, thyme, oregano
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Wash and cut the zucchini into sticks. Fry them in heated oil until golden. Strain them on kitchen paper.

Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Finely chop them and stew them in a little oil along with the aromatic herbs.

Pour the white wine and vinegar and remove from the heat.

Pour the prepared mixture over the zucchini, season with salt and leave for 2-3 hours in the fridge, until the zucchini absorb the marinade.

The marinated zucchini with white wine and herbs are very tasty.
