How to make
Chop the onion finely and saute it in the margarine. Add the flour and fry until golden.
Add 6 1/5 cups (1.5 L) of water and the chopped garlic, parsley, dill and spearmint. Boil for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle it with salt, pepper and thicken with the egg beaten with the yoghurt.
