How to make
Begin to prepare this healthy soup by washing, cleaning and chopping the spring onions.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Put the spring onions and potatoes in a pot with oil, in order to fry them briefly.
After 5 minutes add water and boil for another 10 minutes.
Using a stick, mix the ingredients in a pot, then add the cube of broth, if necessary, add salt and black pepper.
Cook for another 10 minutes, serve it into a bowl and decorate the serbian spring onion soup as you like.
