To prepare the croutons, cut the bread into small cubes, sprinkle them with salt, black pepper, dried basil, a little paprika and spray them with olive oil.
Put them in a heated oven to toast briefly. Mix the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and short pieces of prosciutto in a bowl. Add the flavored croutons to the salad and season it with salt, olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Serve the salad in a plate, add some sprouts and coarsely grate a little parmesan over it.
