How to make
Boil the potatoes, cut them coarsely and mix them with the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped onions (green and onion head).
Puree 1 handful of pine nuts (you can replace them with walnuts or almonds), 4 sprigs of fresh oregano, the olive oil and vinegar.
Add salt to taste and mix the salad with the resulting sauce. Serve in 2 plates with fresh oregano sprigs.
