How to make
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the eggs.
Beat lightly and add the grated lemon peel and melted butter. Stir.
Gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder.
Peel and clean the apples. Cut them into 4 and pour the lemon juice over them, then cut them into very thin crescents.
Mix the batter with the apples and mix thoroughly.
Line the baking dish with parchment paper, grease with butter and pour the apple pie batter.
Bake the apple pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for 55 minutes.
Enjoy my apple pie with very little flour!
