How to cook
Mix together the whole wheat flour, semolina, oats, sugar and baking powder.
Separately, grate the apples, sprinkle the cinnamon and stir. Distribute some of the dry mixture into a well-greased tray, some of the apples on top, more dry mixture on top of them and pour on a little oil.
Distribute some more of the apples and then dry mixture with oil at the very top.
Put it to bake in a preheated 430°F (220°C) oven.
