How to make
In a bowl sift the flour with the baking powder. Add the sugar, semolina and vanilla. Stir well.
Peel the apples and in a separate bowl grate them and mix them with cinnamon.
In a baking tray with baking paper, grate 1/3 of the butter on the coarse side of a grater.
Fill 1 tea cup of the dry mixture and distribute it evenly on the grated butter. Add half of the grated apples.
Pour another 1 tea cup of the dry mixture and add the rest of the apples. Pour all of the remaining dry mixture and grate the remaining frozen butter.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees), until it aquires a golden color.
After removing the pie from the oven, sprinkle it with sugar for decoration.
The arranged apple pie with semolina is ready.
