measures

How to make

Wash the rice and put it to boil until semi cooked in salted water. Then rinse it under running water in a colander or a strainer. Preheat the greater part of the butter and put the pork pieces to fry in it.

Add the coriander, cloves and finely chopped onion. Stir and fry for 10 minutes while stirring. Add 1/3 cup of water and salt to taste. Saute until the meat softens completely. Mix half the chopped pineapple with the rice.

Transfer the meat to a tray and spread the rice on top. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and cardamom and lightly spray it with water. Mix the rest of the pineapple with its juice from the can and sugar and put it to saute on low heat with the rest of the butter.

Spread this sauce on the rice, cover the tray with foil and put it to bake in a heated oven for 10 minutes.
