How to make
Very colorful and delicious roasted vegetables are obtained.
Different vegetables are cut and stewed depending on their hardness.
Separately, make a mixture of the flour, tomato paste, soy sauce, finely chopped red onion and spices.
The resulting sauce is dissolved in a little warm water and mixed with the vegetables.
Season with salt and transfer it into a baking pan and bake in a moderately heated oven for about 20-30 minutes.
When serving, the roasted root vegetables can be sprinkled with chopped parsley.
