How to make
Dissolve the yeast in a pot, heated on the stove with the water, milk and sugar. Then leave the mixture in a warm area for 10 minutes. Add the melted margarine and 2/3 of the flours. Knead a dough, gradually adding the rest of the flours. Kneading the dough should take about 10 minutes.
Cover with a towel and leave it for an hour and a half to rise, or until increased in volume. Once risen, divide the dough into 20 parts. Form them into buns and arrange them in a baking tray.
Cover and leave them for 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 440°F (225 °C). Smear the buns with cooking cream or an egg yolk beaten with water.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
