How to make
Wash the soybeans well, put them in a deep bowl and add 1 liter of water. Leave them overnight.
The next day, wash the soybeans, discard the water, put the soybeans in a blender and add a little water. Remove the mixture from the blender and pour 3 liters of water into it.
Pour the mixture into a pot and cook on low heat, stirring so it doesn't burn, for about 20 minutes. Allow it to cool and strain.
You can sweeten the homemade soy milk as desired and use it in your favorite vegan cakes and vegan desserts.
