- apples - 2 pcs.
- ginger - 2 tsp (10 g) peeled
- pineapple - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- honey - 2 tbsp (30 g) or agave syrup
- soy milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
- soy yogurt - 1/2 cup (100 g)
- milled oatmeal - 2 tbsp.

This dietary smoothie satiates the body and is extremely pleasant in taste and aroma! To complete the recipe, you will need a blender.
Add all of the products for the delicious smoothie in it and blend them several times until a smooth mixture is obtained.
You can add more soy milk, if desired.
Distribute the smoothie with pineapple and soy milk into suitable glasses and enjoy.
