How to make
Boil the milk. While it cools, separate the cream with a spoon as soon as it forms and continue until it stops forming cream.
Place it back onto the stove and warm it up. Add the yogurt and dissolve it inside. When it boils, reduce the heat and wait for it to lump up.
Pull aside and wait for it to cool.
Strain through cheesecloth and consume the homemade cottage cheese or store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
About 200-250 g of cottage cheese was obtained from a liter of milk.
