How to make
Cottage cheese is a dairy product, which is widely used as a substitute for white cheese in the preparation of homemade filo pastry pies.
Homemade cottage cheese can be prepared even if the milk lumps up during the boiling process.
It is best if the milk you use is cow's milk. Pour it into a pot and boil it.
Once it boils, add 2 tbsp. of wine vinegar and stir. Then add the salt and start stirring slowly.
With each passing minute you can see how the cottage cheese is formed in the pot.
If you prefer it to be desalinated, do not add salt. It is not a main ingredient without which we will not be able to prepare the cottage cheese.
Take it out of the pot with a slotted spoon and as soon as it cools down, the cottage cheese is ready for consumption.
