How to cook
Pour all of the listed products into the blender bowl.
Run it at medium speed and blend. You will know, that the dough is ready, when you see that all of the ingredients are homogenized.
Shape the dough into a ball. Cut pieces of it, which are as big as a walnut.
Roll the pieces of dough into a ball and press them lightly to make cookies.
Dip half of each cookie in the sugar.
Put baking paper in a baking pan and arrange the cookies with the sugar on top.
Lightly press the sugar cookies with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Bake them, until they aquire an appetizing color - about 15 minutes. From the indicated quantities, you will have 3 batches of cookies.
The fat-free sugar cookies are wonderful!
