How to make
I grated the apple on the grater. A medium-sized apple and on a coarse grater, but it can also be finely grated. Add the egg and mix well.
Next up is the butter and coconut flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder. A nice and crumbly dough is obtained, since we don't use flour with gluten.
Tear small pieces and shape walnut-sized balls and arrange the gluten-free cookies onto baking paper and press them on top with a fork.
I baked the gluten-free biscuits in a 320°F (160°C) oven with a fan for about 15-20 minutes.
