How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut it into rings. Salt and leave them for half an hour. Heat a grill pan and add some butter.
Arrange the slices side by side and bake them on both sides. Remove them and place them on a plate.
Peel the garlic and press it with a garlic press into a small bowl. Add the vinegar and the dill that you previously chopped.
Melt the butter. Add it to the garlic and mix. Using a silicone brush, spread the zucchini and serve immediately.
