How to make
The lamb is rubbed with the melted butter and spices (*oriental meat seasoning includes salt, paprika, garlic, coriander, cumin, black pepper, turmeric).
Wash the potatoes well, if they are large, cut them into two or four. They are flavored with spices.
They are placed on the bottom of the baking tray. Place the lamb on top and cover with the chopped spring onions and spearmint. The tray is sealed with foil.
Roast in a moderately heated oven for 3-4 hours. The foil is removed and the lamb with potatoes is roasted for another 10-25 minutes.
