How to make

The rabbit is rubbed with salt and black pepper and left to flavor for about 1 hour.

The meat is larded with small pieces of bacon and garlic.

The steaks are also seasoned with salt and black pepper.

Place the remaining bacon, cut into thin slices, on the bottom of the clay pot.

One steak is placed on top of them, and the other two are placed in the belly of the rabbit.

The mushrooms /raw/ are placed on the steak.

The rabbit is smeared well with the butter and placed on top of the mushrooms.

Place the roughly chopped mushrooms next to it.

Pour the beer and water over the rabbit with potatoes, put the lid on and put the clay pot in a non preheated oven.

The oven is set to 340°F (170°C) and the rabbit in the oven is baked for 2 and a half hours.

Enjoy my roasted rabbit in a clay pot!
